बहुत से विकास अधिक्कारी दिसिन्सेन्टिव से बाहर हो गए। 
बहुत से विकास अधिकारी पीसीआर से नीचे आ गए। 
बहुत से विकास अधिकारी को  इंक्रीमेंट मिला । 
बहुत से विकास अधिकारी एक या दो डिक्रिमेंट से बच  गए।  
बहुत से विकास अधिकारी टर्मिनेशन से बच गए । 

25 पॉलिसी विभिन्न  जीवन पर यूलिप एवं सिंगल प्लान 6-11-2025 से मूल्यांकन समाप्ति तक करने पर स्पेशल रूल 2016 के अन्तर्गत कॉस्ट  रेशियो की गणना में यूलिप में 100% एवं सिंगल में 25 % की क्रेडिट दी जायेगी। 

जिस भी विकास अधिकारी का मूल्यांकन जून 2025 से मार्च 2026 तक समाप्त हो रहा उनको सज्ञान में देते हुए उनके साथ चर्चा करे।

👆👆👆👆   Magic of 6 November 2024 Circular:

By virtue of the said circular many Development Officers have got relief and came out of disincentive.

Many have successfully come below PCR.

Many came out of disincentive and got increments too.

Many are saved from harsh disincentive like one or two decrements and penalized only in the form of FCA cut.

And the height: Many Development Officers have been saved from termination.

On procuring 25 policies each under ULIP and single premium plans on different lives from 6-11-2024 till the end of appraisal, 100% credit will be given for ULIP and 25% for SP for the purpose calculation of cost ratio under Spl Rules by virtue of this circular.

We advise the NF leaders at all levels to bring this to the knowledge of all those Development Officers whose appraisals are ending between June 2025 and March 2026, discuss with them and guide them to take the delighting advantage of this circular.
