ED Marketing's Clarification Regarding Clawback of Commission

There is a lot of discussion happening around the term "Clawback of Commission" referred to in the circulars regarding revised regulatory compliant plans by LIC. 

It is brought to the notice of all that the circulars state that LIC's Marketing Department shall be bringing out the conditions upon which the clawback of commissions will be applied.

As of now the Marketing Department has not notified any such conditions, and it is clarified that no such conditions are being planned to be imposed on Agents' commissions.

When no instructions have been issued by the concerned department, where is the need for any concern in this matter?

Marketing can not withdraw any instructions that are not yet issued.

एलआईसी द्वारा संशोधित विनियामक अनुपालन योजनाओं के संबंध में परिपत्रों में संदर्भित "कमीशन की वापसी" शब्द के इर्द-गिर्द बहुत चर्चा हो रही है।

सभी के ध्यान में लाया जाता है कि परिपत्रों में कहा गया है कि एलआईसी का विपणन विभाग उन शर्तों को सामने लाएगा, जिन पर कमीशन की वापसी लागू होगी।

अभी तक विपणन विभाग ने ऐसी कोई शर्त अधिसूचित नहीं की है, और यह स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि एजेंटों के कमीशन पर ऐसी कोई शर्त लगाने की योजना नहीं बनाई जा रही है।

जब संबंधित विभाग द्वारा कोई निर्देश जारी नहीं किया गया है, तो इस मामले में किसी चिंता की क्या आवश्यकता है?

विपणन ऐसे किसी भी निर्देश को वापस नहीं ले सकता, जो अभी तक जारी नहीं हुआ है।
